Do you offer full-model DBT?
Dr. Esses offers DBT-informed treatment. Full-model DBT refers to DBT in its truest form, which includes four components: individual therapy, DBT skills group, phone coaching, and a consultation team for therapists. DBT-informed therapy at Bicoastal Psychology refers to treatment that includes individual DBT sessions. Dr. Esses reserves a limited number of spots for patients in need of individual DBT skills training and phone coaching as well.
