individual therapy

Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all. Different approaches work for different concerns, and our first step is deciding what will help you feel better. Some come in knowing exactly what they need; others just know they want something to change. Wherever you fall, we’ll meet you there.

Whether you just know you need a therapist, or already know what treatment you're looking for, this is where we'll start. Your free 15-minute consultation allows us to connect, ask questions, and see how working together might feel.

1. free consultation

Your 60 minute intake appointment will allow me to gain a comprehensive sense of who you are, what's bothering you most, and how I can help you feel better.

2. intake appointment

inquire

Following your intake, I’ll share my impressions of your presenting concerns and thoughts on how therapy can best support you. From there, we’ll meet for 45-minute sessions once or twice weekly, depending on your needs.
